Let L be a pseudo-D-lattice. We study the algebraic structures of D-uniformities on L and, as an application, we prove decomposition theorems as Lebesgue and Hewitt-Yosida and control theorems as Bartle-Dunford-Schwartz and Rybakov for modular measures on L.
