Abstract
The need of moving from a qualitative assessment of the environmental sustainability of building projects and achievements, to a quantitative assessment, has put in the center of the researchers’ interest the need of making practical use in the design process of the assessment methods based on the LCA. On the basis of the ISO 14025:2006 and ISO 21930:2007, was developed by La.Te.C. - Construction Technology Laboratory of the Basilicata University - a software that allows to make a comprehensive study "from cradle to grave", working these assessments. The software is divided into two parts: the "Product" Module and "Technical Element" Module. Subject of this paper is the Product Module (EABM-P Module), related to the single material, that allows to evaluate the eco-profile of a construction product, through a "cradle to gate" approach, then extended from the extraction of raw materials up to the stage of staying in stock. The EABM-P Module is shown here: how to use, the input data required, the algorithm and output data.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
