We study local properties of weak subelliptic F-harmonic maps of a nondegenerate CR manifold into a sphere. We show that any weak solution $\phi \in W^{1,D}_X (\Omega , S^m )$ to the system of subelliptic F-harmonic maps is locally Holder continuous, where D is the homogeneous dimension of $\Omega$ with respect to the Hormander system X.
