We solve the initial value problems for the (combinatorial) heat, wave, and Cattaneo equations on a Hamming graph. We compute the Green kernel of the infinite graph $G_\infty$ containing all Hamming graphs $G_N$, $N \geq 1$, got by joining $G_N$ and $G_{N-1}$ along the boundary.
