Commented edition of two fragments from an otherwise lost declamation of the corpus Libanianum, contained in the manuscript Firenze, Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana, plut. 58,24. The subject of the declamation may be identified as ̛Ư̼ư ƳƮΩƫ̾˚ƩƣƮΩƬƠƨ˗ưƯƠƪƮƬ˒ƪƤƭƛƬƣưζ (On not surrendering Harpalus to Alexander); the speaker is probably Demosthenes. The same manuscript also contains a further fragment from a declamation, perhaps drawn from the lost section of Choricius’ Vir fortis.
