Les Géorgiques de Claude Simon, Une écriture brachylogique de l'entre-deux?

Abstract in english : The Georgics of Claude Simon represent an exemplary case of work built on an "in-between", declined on several levels. "In-between" conceptual first, (difficulty of scriptural recomposition, in the present, of past lives); temporal (massive use of the present participle as the time of suspension between movement and immobility); textual (internal structure of the work and its dialogue with other works and writers (Virgil and Orwell in particular), scriptural (oscillation between ekphrasis and narration), auctorial (writing of the ancestor and that of his descendant). Analytical tools offered by the New Brachylogy are thus applied here to the structure of this work, to explain its dialogic structure and the modalities of assembling its fragmentary components.
