Abstract
This paper offers the first critical edition of a prosimetric letter attributed to Petrus de Vinea (inc.: Cum plurima tempora sint transcursa). This text is an evident example of the Mezzogiorno Latin culture in the thirteenth century. Traces of reuses of the poems by Ovid, of the elegiac comedy Pamphilus and of other unknown poetries demonstrate that the cultural training in ars dictaminis was oriented not only to letter writing, but also to poetic literature.File in questo prodotto:
