Urban areas play a critical role in both contributing and being subject to climate change, making the development of Local Climate Change Action Plans (CCAPs) essential for promoting sustainable development and improving resilience. This study is part of the research initiative ``Geodesign for Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation in the Mediterranean Region'', which aims to systematize data and create decision-support tools for multilevel climate governance. The study focuses on building a geospatial information base to support the selection and prioritization of adaptation and mitigation options in specific urban contexts. It proposes a set of indicators and a methodology combining spatial analysis with statistical modeling to identify localized patterns of hazard, exposure, and vulnerability. The method is applied to the Basilicata Region (Italy), contributing to the integration of climate and sustainability goals into urban policy planning.

Abstract
The method is applied to the Basilicata Region (Italy), contributing to the integration of climate and sustainability goals into urban policy planning.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
