The interest raised by the heritage of madhouse complexes has allowed us to undertake research that links historical, cultural, and social areas. Biophilic design concepts were applied to, integrating new technological solutions that have a direct relationship with nature, not only as an element able to generate well-being but also to offer natural solutions for regenerative interventions. Thus, a reconnection with nature is possible, not as a form of luxury, but as a necessity for health and wellbeing.
