Nowadays, Spanish construction industry is in the process of recovery after a financial crisis, also known as the “Great Recession in Spain” or the “Great Spanish Depression” that produced a complete purge of construction sector. As the professionals of the sector, we have realized that there is a need to change the methods of construction and optimize both the processes of organization and management of projects, as well as the construction processes on site. A high cost of the works and the necessity of a great number of auxiliary means for its realization suppose a low efficiency and profitability of building projects and makes the sector non-flexible in all senses. For all of the above, and with an intention to technologically improve the construction sector, the present academic work has been carried out to make known a new system of industrialized construction of the external enclosures of buildings. For this purpose, a study of the application of the mentioned system has been carried out, as well as an analysis of its components and characteristics of the whole system. Also, a new methodology has been analyzed which includes simulation processes, manufacture and installation of the modular system of external enclosures.
