I danni da fauna selvatica alle colture agricole: valutazione di possibili strumenti di governance per contrastarli / Wild fauna crop damages: assessment of potential tools for governance to reduce them

In the last years, the wildlife damages to the agricultural sector show an increasing tendency. e most sensitive areas are those closest to the woods with less road infrastructures, su er the most impact. Also the public administrations are in di culty for the increasing request of nec- essary economic resources to compensate the damages. erefore, it’s necessary to design in- tervention tools able to stem this widespread phenomenon. e speci c aim of the research is to study this feature, in order to de ne accurate intervention tools. Speci cally, the proposed research is composed by di erent steps, which provide a mapping of risk levels through the historical damage analysis (ANOVA test, PCA test and spatial correlation) and spatial models (MCE-OWA). e opportunity to make a cluster of risk results ensures greater e ectiveness of public actions. e results obtained and the consistency of the statistical parameters used ensure strength of the analysis, as well as the economic parameters.
