Sharing the Landscape. Rural Landscape,

Tasting, as in "experiencing the flavor of", in respect to "feeding on" the landscape (as in the Italian translation of the Congress Title), implies a certain slowness and attention to detail, a pause to think and reflect on emotions. It implies an almost meditative approach, an investigation that applies all of the senses to their fullest seeking to understand, evaluate, enjoy and archive those sensations in the memory. Tasting the Landscape creates awareness and reflection: the call for abstracts that we have launched is centered on this theme.
