In this work the dynamic behaviour of beams with variable section rotating around an axis is analysed. The model used is respectful of the Euler-Bernoulli hypotheses and obtains the natural frequencies and modes according to the rotation speed. Unlike other works listed in the bibliography that use the same approximate procedure: BCOPs (Boundary Characteristic Orthogonal Polynomial method), this method calculates the frequencies and vibration modes also in the critical conditions. In the end the results are compared with those reported by other authors.

Abstract
In this work the dynamic behaviour of beams with variable section rotating around an axis is analysed. The model used is respectful of the Euler-Bernoulli hypotheses and obtains the natural frequencies and modes according to the rotation speed. Unlike other works listed in the bibliography that use the same approximate procedure: BCOPs (Boundary Characteristic Orthogonal Polynomial method), this method calculates the frequencies and vibration modes also in the critical conditions. In the end the results are compared with those reported by other authors.File in questo prodotto:
