Bryophyte flora of Albania - nine years after Colacino, Carmine (carmine.colacino@unibas.it), Evangelista, Enza Albania is still a relatively underexplored country, as far as her bryophyte flora is concerned. Since the publication of a preliminary checklist nine years ago several new reports have increased the number of species. In this paper all new reports are included in addition to our own. The distribution of all new species for Albania is indicated to the level of District, Department, and Region (as in the preliminary checklist mentioned above) and presented in table and map form. The number of species reported for Albania has increased from 327 species to more than 450 in the nine years from the publication of the checklist, that is an increase of more than one third, even though the actual number of species reported is probably still a fraction of the actual number.
