In fruit growing the management of fertilisation requires the deep knowledge of several aspects tied to nutrient fluxes in plant and soil. Nutritional requirements, occurring during the years and in every single annual cycle, play an important role in defining fertilisation techniques able to satisfy carefully plant needs while saving resources and preserving the environment. In this paper results on the demand for mineral elements (during the annual cycle and among years) of apricot, peach and olive tree are reported
