In a series of previous papers we have investigated models which are capable to reproduce the effect of second sound, which is typical for certain solids at cryogenic temperatures. Until now all models of this type have been purely thermal, since deformations have been neglected. Abstract
In a series of previous papers we have investigated models which are capable to reproduce the effect of second sound, which is typical for certain solids at cryogenic temperatures. Until now all models of this type have been purely thermal, since deformations have been neglected. The aim of the present paper is to study theoretically and numerically the coupling between a thermal model of semi-empirical type and a linear elastic mechanical model.File in questo prodotto:
